We operate through professional management teams. We are looking for hotels from 15 rooms and restaurants from 200 covers \u2014 existing assets in the south of France that need a new operator, a new concept, or both.
We buy, take on g\u00e9rance libre, or operate under management contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are developing robotic production technology for our sushi brand, Grand Sushi. The R&D phase is underway. We are looking for investors who want to be part of building this before it scales.
Capital goes into research, prototyping, and process validation. Network expansion follows once the technology is proven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
