Each opportunity on this page has a different profile and a different ask – capital, operational expertise, or the right property: a château, a domaine, a vineyard, a plot with potential, or an existing asset – restaurant, nightclub, or hotel – worth reimagining.

1 — Hospitality Estate
We take underperforming or dormant properties — châteaux, domaines, mas, farms — and turn them into working hospitality businesses in the south of France.
We work with owners, heirs, municipalities, and investors. We acquire, lease, or manage. If you hold a property that has more potential than it currently shows, we want to talk.
2 — Hotels & Restaurants
We operate through professional management teams. We are looking for hotels from 15 rooms and restaurants from 200 covers — existing assets in the south of France that need a new operator, a new concept, or both.
We buy, take on gérance libre, or operate under management contract.
3 — Sushi: Robotics
We are developing robotic production technology for our sushi brand, Grand Sushi. The R&D phase is underway. We are looking for investors who want to be part of building this before it scales.
Capital goes into research, prototyping, and process validation. Network expansion follows once the technology is proven.
We are not looking for finished opportunities. We are looking for the right people.
